2027 vision brings Zoe’s benefits expertise to the growing network of AI agents employees and HR teams already use.

NEW YORK, Sept. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Healthee, a leading AI-powered health and benefits platform, today unveiled Zoe, Everywhere, a new vision for how its AI-powered health and benefits assistant can support employees and HR teams in 2027.

As companies build AI agents for internal knowledge, operations, employee support and more, employees and HR teams are increasingly interacting with AI throughout their day. But no single agent can have all the context or expertise they may need.

Healthee has already expanded access to Zoe beyond its own platform, with Zoe available today in Slack and Microsoft Teams. Zoe, Everywhere builds on that foundation, encompassing both the integrations available today and Healthee’s vision for how Zoe can work across a growing network of AI tools and agents.

As part of that vision, Healthee is introducing Zoe-to-Agent (Z2A), an agent-to-agent approach that allows other AI agents to connect with Zoe when they need benefits-specific context or expertise.

For an employee, Z2A could mean asking the AI assistant they already use to find an in-network dermatologist and estimate the cost of a visit. That assistant could work with Zoe to understand the employee’s plan, coverage and out-of-pocket costs and find the right care options.

The same concept extends to HR. An HR leader could ask an AI agent they already use about benefits engagement, healthcare spending or plan performance. Through Z2A, that agent could work with Zoe to bring the organization’s benefits and healthcare context into the response.
