Healthcare technology and cybersecurity leader brings two decades of CTO and CISO experience to Scylos as the company expands into the healthcare vertical
NASHVILLE, TN / ACCESS Newswire / July 7, 2026 / Scylos, the stateless endpoint infrastructure company, today announced the appointment of Paul J. Caracciolo to its Board of Advisors. Caracciolo’s deep expertise in healthcare technology, cybersecurity, and endpoint management will support Scylos as it advances its zero-trust endpoint infrastructure platform and expands into the healthcare market.
Caracciolo is a recognized healthcare CTO and CISO with 20+ years designing and operating large-scale platforms across healthcare, biotechnology, and life sciences organizations. He has led digital transformation along with SaaS and cloud strategies, and now guides strategies around AI adoption and governance programs. His CTO and CISO career spans Stanford Health Care, Duke University Health System, City of Hope Hospitals, CommonSpirit Health, and many other organizations. As CISO and head of cybersecurity, Paul has built cybersecurity programs from the ground up based on recognized industry and regulatory standards and best practices such as NIST and FDA guidelines.
One of Caracciolo’s passions is end user device security and management, having held responsibility for hundreds of thousands of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices in the healthcare industry. That firsthand experience securing endpoints at scale positions him to help guide Scylos as the company brings a fundamentally new approach to endpoint security to market.
“Paul has built and secured technology at some of the most respected healthcare institutions in the country,” said Rich Galgano, Managing Director of Scylos Inc. “His deep understanding of endpoint security at scale, and what it takes to protect sensitive environments, makes him an invaluable voice as we grow.”
“I’m excited to have Paul join our advisory board. His years of experience, expertise, and knowledge in the healthcare vertical will be instrumental as Scylos looks to expand into this market,” said Gregg Struve, President and Chief Executive Officer of Scylos Inc.
“I’m excited to join the Scylos Board of Advisors,” Caracciolo added. “The healthcare industry needs a fundamentally better model for securing and managing endpoints, and Scylos is building exactly that. I look forward to helping the team bring it to market.”
Caracciolo’s appointment further strengthens Scylos’ advisory board as the company expands into healthcare and continues its next phase of growth.
