To qualify, a business activates Dispatchly through the standard secure checkout with a valid credit card, cancels its prior subscription in accordance with that provider’s cancellation terms within 30 calendar days of activation, and submits dated proof of the prior subscription and cancellation from Settings → Billing. Evidence is reviewed within five business days of submission.
Upon approval, the account receives the Dispatchly Intro plan free for 12 months beginning on the approval date. No paid subscription begins automatically when the free period ends; customers must actively select a paid plan before any subscription charge is made.
