Recognition reflects RSM’s expertise in implementing NetSuite ERP and EPM, and reporting solutions for middle market clients
CHICAGO, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — RSM US LLP (“RSM”), the leading provider of consulting, tax and assurance services for the middle market, today announced it has been named a NetSuite Solution Provider Spotlight Award winner in the Nonprofit category, recognizing its work with the Peabody Essex Museum (PEM). RSM helped PEM modernize its finance environment to create a stronger operational foundation and improve visibility, streamline processes and strengthen decision making to support their mission and future growth.
Located in Salem, Mass., PEM is the oldest continuously operating museum in the U.S. and is dedicated to collecting, preserving and showcasing compelling works of art and culture from around the globe and across time. Over the years, PEM accumulated multiple disparate technology systems to help manage the museum. However, with too many of these systems operating in silos and limited visibility into financial data, PEM approached RSM to deliver an end-to-end modernization solution for their finance environment that would strengthen budgeting, planning and forecasting and deliver integrated reporting capabilities.
RSM worked closely with PEM to implement a NetSuite enterprise resource planning (ERP), leveraging the RSM Velocity methodology, which includes pre-configured industry accelerators and a proven implementation framework to streamline design, configuration, testing and deployment activities and enterprise performance management (EPM) platform. Delivered by RSM’s nonprofit industry-focused consultants within three and a half months, the engagement brought together cross-functional experience across technology, operations and change management, grounded in a deep understanding of how nonprofits operate, report and steward funds to reduce time-to-value, mitigate implementation risk and establish a scalable foundation for financial management, planning and reporting.
“Successful technology initiatives depend on having a trusted advisor who is invested in your success well beyond go-live,” said Dan Draper, Acting CFO at Peabody Essex Museum. “RSM’s combination of deep NetSuite knowledge and understanding of our unique financial and operational demands helped us achieve our goals. This recognition reflects their commitment to building a strong foundation for our future and moving forward with confidence.”
NetSuite’s Spring 2026 Solution Provider Spotlight Awards recognize partners for standout client implementations. As the largest global NetSuite partner, RSM’s NetSuite practice supports clients across the ERP lifecycle, including implementation, optimization, integration and managed services. For nonprofit organizations, RSM’s NetSuite capabilities improve visibility into data, streamline reporting and build a scalable technology foundation to improve financial management, donor relations and grant management.
“As organization’s face increasing complexity, they need finance systems that deliver real-time insights, operational efficiency and the flexibility to scale,” said Heidi Megna, Principal, NetSuite Consulting at RSM. “This recognition highlights RSM’s commitment to helping today’s middle market clients realize the full potential of NetSuite to align technology, process and change management for data and a scalable foundation to support compliance, transparency and growth.”
