American Crescent Elevator Corporation (“American Crescent”), an independent elevator company serving Greater New Orleans since 1976, today announced that it has joined forces with Stark Elevator (“Stark”), a Texas-based provider of elevator maintenance, repair, modernization, and inspection services. Through the partnership, completed this month, American Crescent joins the Ascend Safety Collective (“Ascend”), a network of leading independent elevator service companies.
American Crescent was formed through the combination of American Elevator, founded in 1908, and Crescent City Elevator. Its IUEC-certified technicians maintain, repair, and modernize all makes and models of elevator equipment for building owners, architects, and general contractors across Southeast Louisiana. The company also holds one of the largest replacement parts inventories in the South.
