With 48 airline pallets, the production exceeded the weight and volume capacity of a single air charter flight. The logistics grew more complex as the tour added equipment mid-transit, forcing ICAT to continually recalculate routing, load consolidation, and air capacity. Because every addition required updated customs filings across multiple international jurisdictions, seamless compliance was critical to avoiding border delays that could disrupt the event schedule.
